Good work, especially on the eyes. I agree with Dejanira. Lips and nose tip e.g. do not have same quality like you have achieved with the eyes.
The jewelry in her hair is a good work on its own. But it is not following the head´s
shape, therefore it looks like just put on top. Try to avoid the use of black for darkening the shadow areas.
